The goods

Non-motorized physical conditioning apparatus, stretching straps, high-density mobility rollers, resistance gear, and ergonomic fitness recovery supports designed exclusively for general exercise routines. Product pages describe what is included, the quantity and the form. Photos are illustrative; packaging may differ slightly.

Ordering and contract

An order is placed when you complete checkout. We confirm it by email; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse an order when stock runs out or the details cannot be verified, and we refund any payment in that case.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment. Accepted methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch and offer you to confirm or cancel.

Delivery options, timeframes and costs are set out on the Delivery & Payment page. Risk passes to you when the goods are handed over.

Product images and colours

Product photos are taken of the goods we ship. Colours on your screen depend on its calibration, the browser and the light in the room; a small difference in shade is not a defect and is not a ground for a free return or compensation. Dimensions, materials and contents are stated on each product page.

Transfer of risk

The goods are our responsibility until the courier hands them to you or to the person you named at the address you gave. From that moment the risk of loss or damage passes to you. Visible transport damage should be noted with the courier and reported to us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You may return goods within 30 days of delivery as described on the Returns page. Axilign Equipment Ltd. provides a statutory 24-month limited warranty covering defects in manufacturing, structural hardware, and material integrity under regular residential physical training usage. Normal operational wear, misuse, abrasive degradation, or unauthorized modifications are explicitly excluded.

• Custom-fabricated, custom-measured, or personalized fitness apparatus
• Wearable mobility supports, skin-contact wraps, or compression bands once the protective hygiene seal has been broken
• Equipment showing clear mechanical surface wear, floor marks, sweat exposure, or altered tension components
• Multi-part training sets that have been inseparably separated or partially retained after delivery
• Digital workout instructional materials, training plans, or proprietary media delivered via immediate unsealed download

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable international consumer law, total liability for any claim arising from or related to product purchases shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the specific item or a maximum aggregate limit of $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Age and use

You must be at least 18 to place an order. Products are to be used as described on the label; they are not a substitute for medical advice.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commercial sales conventions and applicable private international law governing cross-border consumer transactions. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us, it goes to the competent court of the seller's registered address, without prejudice to consumer rights in your country of residence.
