Pay cash on delivery or by bank transfer. You get a confirmation email with the order number straight away.

Dispatch
Orders placed before the daily cut-off leave the same business day, packed and handed to an insured courier with a tracking number.

Follow the routine on the label. Changed your mind? You can return the item within 30 days under the conditions on the Returns page.

Common questions
What materials are used to construct the Modus mobility tools?
Our gear is made exclusively from high-density molded expanded polypropylene (EPP), natural tree rubber, 6061 anodized aluminum hardware, and tightly woven organic cotton-poly webbing. We never use cheap PVC or toxic softeners.
How are orders packed and when are they dispatched?
Orders placed before 14:00 on business days are prepared for dispatch that same afternoon. Every product is packed into a rigid recyclable cardboard carton with molded pulp corner protectors to safeguard the surface textures.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns within 30 days from delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Simply contact our support team with your order number to arrange the return.
