What materials are used to construct the Modus mobility tools?
Our gear is made exclusively from high-density molded expanded polypropylene (EPP), natural tree rubber, 6061 anodized aluminum hardware, and tightly woven organic cotton-poly webbing. We never use cheap PVC or toxic softeners.
How are orders packed and when are they dispatched?
Orders placed before 14:00 on business days are prepared for dispatch that same afternoon. Every product is packed into a rigid recyclable cardboard carton with molded pulp corner protectors to safeguard the surface textures.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns within 30 days from delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Simply contact our support team with your order number to arrange the return.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery and direct bank transfer. Payment instructions for bank transfers are clearly shown at checkout and emailed immediately with your order confirmation.
